I’m not even slightly guessing here, this shirt fit huge. Like, there is no way the sizing is accurate. I would’ve returned it, but the return process was such a hassle that I just gave up...

I found a few shirts and prints on Hilo Hattie that I really liked, and the quality seems decent overall. That said, the prices were a little higher than I expected, and once you add shipping, it can start to feel like a lot. Common sense-wise, I’d probably wait for a sale unless it’s something I really love. I’d shop there again, but I’d be a bit picky about what I buy.

It showed up later than I thought it would, so the shipping felt kinda slow to me. I mean, maybe I was just expecting it too soon, but still, it took longer than expected.

I bought these thinking they’d be cute souvenirs to hand out, but they just looked kind of cheap in person. Maybe that means they’re fine for a quick keepsake, but somehow it made them feel even less gift-worthy to me. I ended up not wanting to give them to anyone.

I got a shirt from hilohattie.com and, yeah, I was expecting a bit more. The fabric felt kind of thin and not very high quality, and after just one wash it already had that worn-out look. The colors also didn’t seem as nice in person as they did online. For the price, I’m sure it should’ve been better. I don’t think I’d order again.

Am I missing something, or is the site just really hard to use on a phone? It kept freezing on me, and the menus felt way more confusing than they needed to be. It took forever just to find sizes, and then checkout sent me back again. Frustrating experience overall.

My delivery never showed up, so I’m still waiting on my order. It’s frustrating, but at this point I guess I’ll just have to see what happens next

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I had to do an exchange. I figured it would be a quick and straightforward process, but it ended up taking longer than I expected. The updates weren’t always super clear either, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on at times. To be fair, customer service did get back to me when I reached out, and the return did go through in the end. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I thought it would be

I ordered from Hilo Hattie because I was hoping to get something with a more authentic Hawaiian feel, but i was a bit disappointed. The prints looked generic to me, almost like the usual touristy stuff you see everywhere. The colors were fine, and shipping was perfectly okay, but for the price, I really expected the designs to feel more special. I don’t want to be too harsh, but I probably wouldn’t order again.

I reached out to customer service because my order hadn’t been updated for a few days, and I had that gut feeling something was kind of stuck or at least not moving like it should.

The person who replied was nice and seemed willing to help, but the whole thing took longer than I expected. I had to follow up twice before I finally got a clear answer, which was a bit frustrating.

It all worked out in the end, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. Just felt slower than it needed to be, and my instinct is that quicker replies would make a big difference.

I was hoping to find a cute aloha shirt or two, but the styles on Hilo Hattie just weren’t doing it for me, lol.

A lot of the prints felt either way too loud or kind of dated. I get that Hawaiian shirts are meant to be bold, but these didn’t feel very fresh or easy to actually wear.

I’m sure the selection works for some people, but it just wasn’t my style at all. I ended up leaving the site disappointed.

I went in expecting to pick up a few things, but pretty much everything I wanted was unavailable. Like, how is this okay? It was frustrating and felt like a wasted trip
